The author spends large amounts of the book talking out of both sides of his mouth. Like you should always be authentic, but you should never let a woman know you're interested in her before she tells you she loves you. Or that women never lie, they're just illogical and say things they don't actually mean, and everything they do and say is a test to make sure you're in to them.Probably the most abhorrent aspect of the book is his request on about one out of every five pages to 'Google Corey Wayne Says X...'or to look up one of his videos on YouTube. Don't think I'd be putting much of his advice into practice, but if he has something on self-publishing and promoting a book and website to sell his coaching, it might be worthwhile.Despite his suggestion to read his book 10-15 times to get the most out of it, I'll give you the crumbs. Be yourself. Be confident in that self and project it. Be humorous. Pay attention, ask questions and listen to the answers. There, saved you the trouble of having to even read it once.

It'd be really great to see more men out there who are truly themselves and comfortable doing it, centered, strong, and sure of themselves. (Sure and centered; not arrogant, narcissistic, or controlling). It'd make everyone better. I've missed expressing my feminine side with a man that I knew/felt it was totally safe to do so with. I'm positive that many other ladies feel the same.I'd also love to see a woman's version!

i bought this book with the hope of attracting an ex back. truth is she came back, but by then I was so jazzed about what id learned that I didn't want it anymore. I feel a new confidence and new found self worth through my interactions with women as a male. I never realized how much I coud improve as ive usually been successful before reading this. the big message I took away was once I had this knowledge my self worth increased and other areas of my life I wanted to venture into where I had previously fear, became more of an exciting challenge to meet. totally recommend to any male that's ready to get a new view on love, attraction, and masculinity

I am on my second reading of this ebook. I am learning that many things I did were the wrong things to do like chasing my fiance' when she needed time away from me. Corey's book repeated emphasizes that is wrong to do but when you are in love and expect to lose that person not paying more attention that is what you do.I know now what would be the best things to do for both myself and keep my integrity as a man and what would be best for my lady too. Corey suggests reading this book 10-15 times for comprehension. I am not sure I will make that many times but will read it at least 6-7 times since I have better retention than most people that read.Independent of age the advice is applicable and I intend to use as much of the guidance it provides that I can.I recommend this ebook to any guy that is new to dated or been married a long time because the information pertains to all men.3% is a reference to the percentage of men that really understand women. Corey is spot on with his guidance...

Ok so I have read this book once, i will read it 10-15 times total as recomended. So far between corey’s videos on youtube and this book my confidence and success asking women out and having fun have improved dramatically. Just a month after finding corey on youtube. I’m telling every man I know about this!!! A good warm up book for guys who think they are so called nice guys may also be helpful. No more mr. Nice guy but that book does almost nothing to explain in detail how to be the way you really need to be...10’stars.

Great content! Learning to really love myself (accept myself, forgive myself, be honest with myself - turns out I'm not unlovable) is one of the most challenging things I've ever done in my life, and I didn't even realize it until I figured out what it really meant, thanks to this book! I'm still a work-in-progress, and always will be, but this is definitely 100% a step in the right direction.

This book was surprisingly well written and contained some critical insights regarding inner child work. It doesnt come up very often when you are searching recovery resources but is definitely a must buy. You will not be disappointed with the wealth of knowledge to be found here and will applaud the advice and guidance that the book includes. Give it a try.

This book saved my life. It allowed me to reconnect with myself on a deeper level and truly listen to the small voice within. There is much that we can attend to and heal if we would only take the time to learn and listen. If we simply take the time to understand why we feel and do the things we do. If we only knew the power that understanding holds. By loving ourselves and who we are, we allow ourselves to heal and move forward. Let go of the burdens of pain we carry because we misunderstand our own struggles. I hope that you will read and find hope and practical advice to heal your self and your life. You deserve it.

This is THE book I have been waiting to find. It explains a whole lot of what's been going on inside of me and it is a gem. There is much underneath the cover of this book, there are volumes! This book provides guidance to learning to understnad your inner workings and why you feel confused and lonely as you do. For me, it is a feeling of intense anxiety. Anxiety and anger, and sleepiness, are 3 intense traits that the Inner Child, which has been asleep or locked away, feels and undergoes when it has been abandoned and judged by the inner critical parent. Exercises are presented for the goal to achieve a balanced unified peaceful inner system within. Adult Children of Alcoholics will benefit because they tend to lack a loving inner parent and they therefore need to 'reparent' their inner child. Ideas such as promoting trust within yourself is introduced, and the benefits are outlined - phenomenal benefits to one's health if one follows this system of work.

This book has been enlightening. The internal dynamics of the adult/child relationship and how to mend from painful experiences and family dysfunction of childhood, provide a clear path to recovery. Addictions are not limited to drugs, alcohol, sex, and gambling. Any behavior that you continually find yourself doing while knowing that it keeps you from the life you truly want can be an addiction. This book lets you understand why and what you can do to be free from your addictions and heal.I recently also purchased the companion workbook. This book changed my life! I can safetly say that. The Inner Bonding Process breaks our psychology down to easily understood parts. It allowed me to see that my destructive patterns and beliefs were coming from my Wounded Child and helped me to see that I needed to develop my Loving Adult. I finally understood where my lifelong feeling of "aloneness" was coming from. Now I have a Loving Adult who is there for me as a loving parent to take care of my Inner Child and make her safe. I have accessed Guidance and received help to learn what is loving to my Inner Child. Definetely read this book! It is awesome!

Sometimes you read a review and wonder. This is the 1st review I've ever given a book. I've been searching for something that spoke to me and the section "unloved child;" well, it made me cry. I had to read it three times to really absorb all of it. This book is not a fast read on any level, if you're serious about really healing your heart. I had no clue how messed up I am until I got this book. I knew I was struggling, but could never put my finger on it until now. I have a paperback as well as kindle edition on my phone when on the go. Thankfully, I'm only an addict of TV!!! :) It made so many things more clear for me and allowed me to be more forgiving with myself, plus more aware of what I'm saying, doing, acting and the true reasons as to why... I always knew that my parents where doing how they were taught, but never did see clearly what it was doing to me until now. If you really want to give your emotional self a hand up by your own adult hand, this book will help. Only read what you can handle in a sitting, don't force it. Good Luck!
