Great content! Learning to really love myself (accept myself, forgive myself, be honest with myself - turns out I'm not unlovable) is one of the most challenging things I've ever done in my life, and I didn't even realize it until I figured out what it really meant, thanks to this book! I'm still a work-in-progress, and always will be, but this is definitely 100% a step in the right direction.

This book was surprisingly well written and contained some critical insights regarding inner child work. It doesnt come up very often when you are searching recovery resources but is definitely a must buy. You will not be disappointed with the wealth of knowledge to be found here and will applaud the advice and guidance that the book includes. Give it a try.

This book saved my life. It allowed me to reconnect with myself on a deeper level and truly listen to the small voice within. There is much that we can attend to and heal if we would only take the time to learn and listen. If we simply take the time to understand why we feel and do the things we do. If we only knew the power that understanding holds. By loving ourselves and who we are, we allow ourselves to heal and move forward. This is THE book I have been waiting to find. It explains a whole lot of what's been going on inside of me and it is a gem. There is much underneath the cover of this book, there are volumes! This book provides guidance to learning to understnad your inner workings and why you feel confused and lonely as you do. For me, it is a feeling of intense anxiety. Anxiety and anger, and sleepiness, are 3 intense traits that the Inner Child, which has been asleep or locked away, feels and undergoes when it has been abandoned and judged by the inner critical parent. Exercises are presented for the goal to achieve a balanced unified peaceful inner system within. Adult Children of Alcoholics will benefit because they tend to lack a loving inner parent and they therefore need to 'reparent' their inner child. Ideas such as promoting trust within yourself is introduced, and the benefits are outlined - phenomenal benefits to one's health if one follows this system of work.

This book has been enlightening. The internal dynamics of the adult/child relationship and how to mend from painful experiences and family dysfunction of childhood, provide a clear path to recovery. Addictions are not limited to drugs, alcohol, sex, and gambling. Any behavior that you continually find yourself doing while knowing that it keeps you from the life you truly want can be an addiction. This book changed my life! I can safetly say that. The Inner Bonding Process breaks our psychology down to easily understood parts. It allowed me to see that my destructive patterns and beliefs were coming from my Wounded Child and helped me to see that I needed to develop my Loving Adult. I finally understood where my lifelong feeling of "aloneness" was coming from. Now I have a Loving Adult who is there for me as a loving parent to take care of my Inner Child and make her safe. I have accessed Guidance and received help to learn what is loving to my Inner Child. Definetely read this book! It is awesome!

Sometimes you read a review and wonder. This is the 1st review I've ever given a book. I've been searching for something that spoke to me and the section "unloved child;" well, it made me cry. I had to read it three times to really absorb all of it. This book is not a fast read on any level, if you're serious about really healing your heart. I had no clue how messed up I am until I got this book. I knew I was struggling, but could never put my finger on it until now. I have a paperback as well as kindle edition on my phone when on the go. Thankfully, I'm only an addict of TV!!! :) It made so many things more clear for me and allowed me to be more forgiving with myself, plus more aware of what I'm saying, doing, acting and the true reasons as to why... I always knew that my parents where doing how they were taught, but never did see clearly what it was doing to me until now. If you really want to give your emotional self a hand up by your own adult hand, this book will help. Only read what you can handle in a sitting, don't force it. Good Luck!

This book is scarily effective at teaching you to pick locks. After about 20 min you have the basics and I was picking the lock to my filing cabinet in about 1 min flat- padlocks take more time- but you can do them too. After reading the book I am actually terrified that the locks on my house- which I trusted until now- are really only good for keeping honest people honest because with a few hours of practice and this book they will cease to be a challenge. There is also a section on unpick-able locks- which are now what I buy. The book will make you safer and more aware of the paper walls that "protect" you and enable you to open locks if you loose your keys or lock them inside your house/car without breaking the windows.

If you could only buy 1 lock picking book this is it! #1 recommended for Kevin Reeves Urban Escape and Evasion Class. You should buy this book and contact Kevin Reeve about his class. Don't you think you would enjoy it?

This book is one of the best I've seen covering the art of amateur lock picking. It's clearly written yet easy to follow, and I found it very useful.

Get a cheap starter set of lock picks and this book and you should be picking locks in a few hours. Seriously. I saw Deviant Ollam live at the Secure360 security conference, and he definitely knows his stuff.

Wonderful and complete introduction to lock design and picking. Full of wonderful photos and illustrations. Very straightforward and clear text that is easy to understand and apply. This is probably the only resource most new lock pickers will need to get started, and to use as they sharpen their skills in the future.

Excellent introduction for novices. I'm still terrible at lock picking, but at least I understand why for the most part, and know how to remedy that. This is the first proper explanation of not just how a lock works, but what about its operation makes it vulnerable to attacks of different types.

Very nice book

I'm reading this book currently. So far is has been enjoyable. I figured I'd learn lock picking as a hobby. I did not realize that many others have chosen this as a hobby as well. This is a good read. I like the author, funny.

Some helpful tips, you just have to overlook the poor editing.I am brand new in the real estate profession, so that's why I bought this book. Actually, it was being offered for free when I found it, but it definitely has some good tips that would be worth a few bucks to a new realtor.It's short... I read it in less than 45 minutes. The next day I took notes, jotting down the tips I found most helpful for me. And there were several. Worth the time to read it if you're stagnant, or new like me, in your real estate career!Note to the author: As a fellow author myself, this book could REALLY use a once-over for editing. Lots of grammatical and spelling errors throughout. Since the content was strong enough, I could overlook it. But those types of things irritate me as a reader, and take the credibility down a notch.

It's not that the strategies listed in this book were bad, they just seemed like common ones. I was hoping things like "door knocking" & "cold calling" weren't on the list, as again, they're both tried and true methods of lead generation. I would have liked more emphasis on technology-based tactics (ie: social media and blogging). That being said, there were a handful of suggestions I found to be useful.

Not really much here. A few usable ideas...No real depth on the ideas presented. Would have liked to have seen some stats.

This book was a very quick read. There are a couple of good nuggets in this book. For the most part, the ideas are basic and the author discusses that it's all about implementation and follow through. Essentially, a lot of agents lack consistency. I still find the Gary Keller book to be a much better read on becoming a successful agent.

For a free Ebook, it is not that bad. Most of it is common knowledge, but for someone just starting out, it can be useful. You can take these ideas and make it your own or develop ideas similar to the ones in the book.

Read this in about 15 minutes. There were some good ideas. I had trouble with the referral fee idea as I was told it is illegal to give a referral fee to someone without an active real estate license. But hey I got some decent info out of a free book.

As an experienced agent I found a few new ideas that I would like to implement. For anyone new to real estate if they just implement a few of these ideas they should be off to a lucrative career
