If you love old westerns, you’ll really enjoy this book! Believable characters and a good story plot. It was well written and quickly paced. The story is all “meat and potatoes.†The author doesn’t waste your time with fluff.
I found several mistakes in this story like calling the bad guy the good guy's name. And why tell the ending before the ending?. Also repeating the same lines over and over. I thought I was getting a free book which would have been a good price. These problems don't make me want to read other books by this author.
This is a wonderful story about good and evil occurring during the trials of this life . It is well written and edited.
Peecher's stories don't need any hyperbole. They are well written with good grammar and proper verb conjugation, a rarity in this genre. His characters are not stereotypical Dudley Doorights and his stories take you for a ride. Well written.
A believable story. Combined with great development of characters. Brings you into the story and guess you involved with the different individuals. The ideas of Honor and sacrifice are shown. Although we all like a happy ending life is not always that way. This is a realistic story it is believable and definitely worth reading.

This is a very good book. I should know. I’m an avid reader of westerns, and it ranks right up there with the best I’ve ever read.
Fast moving story. Great character descriptions and a real to life love story. I highly recommend it and look forward to more of this author's novels
